Progressive Dinner – various venues

Never been to one? Then get on board! Progressive dinners have always been a great night at the Kersbrook Football Club. This year we're again going with the Aussie theme, so dress Aussie, eat Aussie, & drink Aussie! There will be a prize for “Best Esky” again this year, so don't be afraid to get creative!

Dinner starts at 6.30pm beginning at the Kersbrook Town Hall proceeding on to 4 courses of Aussie cuisine. Cost is $25pp, BYO drinks. Contact Danielle on 0415875834 or info@kersbrookfc.com.au to get your name on the list by March 20th!

Mixed Netball Tournament – at the netball courts adjacent to clubrooms
Sunday, March 28th - Players report at 11am
Get a team of up to 10 players together and come along for a day of fun and fierce competition. Tournament entry is $8per player. BBQ lunch is provided for gold coin donation and bar will be open. Maximum of 4 boys per team and maximum of 3 boys on court at any one time. Games will consist of 2x 10min halves. Umpires, bibs, scorers and timers will be provided. Get your team nominations in by March 12th via email info@kersbrookfc.com.au including team colours, team name, captain’s contact details.

Sunday Family Fun Day - Kersbrook Soldiers Memorial Park

This is something new we'll be trying for 2010 to try and get all of the families of the Kersbrook Football Club (juniors and seniors) together for a day of fun & fairy floss! The day will be a gold coin donation for entry and $2 to participate in games, eg 3-legged race, egg 'n' spoon race, face painting & dunking machine, just to name a few. A program of the day's events will be available at the gate. BBQ lunch & snacks will be available for purchase and the bar will be open for the grown ups! With plenty of other little surprises throughout the day, it's sure to be a blast! So get your family (or friends) together, pack the picnic blankets and some chairs and come along to the Sunday Family Fun Day!

Our way of thanking our generous and much appreciated sponsors and life members. Sponsors of all levels and life members are invited to spend the day at the clubrooms enjoying some drinks and delicious food whilst watching their favourite team thump the competition! Come along and thank the sponsors who give generously every year & the life members (& a few senior life members) who've put in years of dedication to keep our club up and running.

Ladies Day – clubrooms

Ladies Day is back! After a great day had by all last year, we're bringing it back in 2010. I mean let's face it.. Where would the club be without the ladies who work tirelessly in the canteen and behind the scenes. All ladies of the club welcome (wives, girlfriends, mums, sisters, friends). So on this day, it’s all about the ladies. Please note this year it will be held inside due to unpleasant weather conditions last year. Boys - this is the day before Mother's Day! What a great way to treat mum for everything she puts up with!

Past Players Day - clubrooms

Calling ALL past players of the Kersbrook Football Club!! We're having a get together this year and you're all invited! Come along and catch up with the guys over a cold beer and reminisce while watching the players of the present (hopefully) beat the competition! The mic will be open after presentations to anyone brave enough to get up and share a story of their time playing for the club. For those of you who haven't been around in a while, the gate entry is now $7 (shocking, we know). Bar will be open and meals available after 6pm.

What a fantastic night this was last year! Everyone who attended last year, we hope to see you again! Those who couldn't make it, get onboard! It's a great excuse to get a babysitter (for those that need one), frock up/suit up, & dance the night away!

$100pp or $900 if you book a table of 10 - includes delicious 3 course dinner and 5hrs drinks package (beer, wine & soft drink). More great items will be auctioned off on the night! There's never a shortage of men in the club who like the opportunity to dress in drag and strut their stuff on the catwalk! So fellas, get your outfits organised (casual, swimwear and evening wear) and pick your songs and show us what you've got! As progressive dinners at the club are so successful and a lot of fun, this year we're having two! This second one will be a Christmas in July theme so dust off the santa hats and come enjoy a 4 course feast of yummy Christmas inspired food. We like to celebrate the last home game at the club and this year we'll be celebrating with a live band! So make sure you stick around after the game, say your farewells to the home ground for another season, and burn up the dancefloor!
